If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us fully free for a full refund/store credit /an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
- All returns must be postmarked within 3 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- The items on sale can not be refunded, can exchange only. New items can be refunded.
Change/Exchange
In exchange, you can exchange any product with another size of the same product (apart from those that fall under no exchange policy). Exchange request must be made within 7days.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at intouch@chapter4.sa to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or you can submit return request from here After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and we will arrange the return pickup at the earlier.
REFUNDS
Please allow at least 7-15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange amounts. You can use your store credit with unlimited validity. Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
1. Return/Exchange can only be made within mentioned period from the date of delivery.

Etnodim Long embroidered shirt Skoropadska

A copy of the reconstructed authentic shirt of Yelyzaveta Skoropadska, which is kept in the collection of the Hetmanate Museum.

This shirt is the result of a joint project between Etnodim and Marie Claire magazine.

Work on the reconstruction of the shirt was started with the study of Skoropadska’s portrait and photograph. The ornament and cut of Skoropadska’s shirt were designed with the help of expertise in the regional peculiarities of Poltava embroidery, open digital archives of the private collection “Open Chest” and the collection of the Ivan Honchar Museum.

The portrait of Hetmanivna Skoropadska was previously considered missing until Kateryna Shal from the town of Oberstdorf contacted the Hetmanate Museum. The woman said that the lost painting had been hanging in their family home for 40 years.

Yelyzaveta Pavlivna Skoropadska, a sculptor, public figure, and ambassador of Ukraine from the Cossack elders’ family of Skoropadsky, whose lineage dates back to the 17th century, lived in exile, but considered it her duty to sacrifice her life for the benefit of the country.
