RETURNS / EXCHANGE
- All returns/Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. In exchange, you can exchange any product with another size of the same product (apart from those that fall under no exchange policy)
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at intouch@chapter4.sa to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and we will arrange the return pickup at the earlier.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will
process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 3 – 7 days from the receipt
of your item to process your return/exchange amounts. You can use your store
credit with unlimited validity.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
- Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item should be in good condition and not used along with the original tag.
- It should also be in the same brand box you received.
- In accordance with global retail standards, we are unable to accept returns /Exchanges of Underwear, lingerie, fragrances, Health and beauty products such as skin care, make up & cosmetics or other products which are personalized to your order.
- Any items under sale are not eligible for returns/Exchange. Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
