  الاسترجاع

  • يجب إرسال جميع طلبات الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ التسليم، ويجب أن تكون المنتجات المرتجعة جديدة وغير مستخدمة، مرفقة بجميع البطاقات والملصقات الأصلية.
  • The items on sale can not be refunded, can exchange only. New items can be refunded.

  الاستبدال

  يمكنك استبدال أي منتج بمقاس آخر من نفس المنتج (باستثناء المنتجات التي تخضع لسياسة عدم الاستبدال). ويجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

  إجراءات الاسترجاع

  To return an item, please email customer service at intouch@chapter4.sa to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or you can submit طلب استرجاع from here After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and we will arrange the return pickup at the earlier.

  Please allow at least 7-15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange amounts. You can use your store credit with unlimited validity. Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
