  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us fully free for a full refund/store credit /an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

  RETURNS

  • All returns must be postmarked within 3 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • The items on sale can not be refunded, can exchange only. New items can be refunded.

  Change/Exchange

  In exchange, you can exchange any product with another size of the same product (apart from those that fall under no exchange policy). Exchange request must be made within 7days.

  RETURN PROCESS

  To return an item, please email customer service at intouch@chapter4.sa to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or you can submit return request from here After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and we will arrange the return pickup at the earlier.

  REFUNDS

  Please allow at least 7-15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange amounts. You can use your store credit with unlimited validity. Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:

  1. Return/Exchange can only be made within mentioned period from the date of delivery.
  2. The item should be in good condition and not used along with the original tag.
  3. It should also be in the same brand box you received.
  4. In accordance with global retail standards, we are unable to accept returns /Exchanges of Underwear, lingerie, fragrances, Health and beauty products such as skin care, make up & cosmetics or other products which are personalized to your order.
  5. Any items under sale can be returned but not refundable. Returned items can be exchanged only. Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
  6. DESERT MANGO & SUNGLASSES items can not be returned or refunded
  7. Chapter4 reserves the rights to make decision about any return/refund/exchange item.
