  RETURNS

  • All returns must be postmarked within 3 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • The items on sale can not be refunded, can exchange only. New items can be refunded.

  Change/Exchange

  In exchange, you can exchange any product with another size of the same product (apart from those that fall under no exchange policy). Exchange request must be made within 7days.

  RETURN PROCESS

  To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or you can submit return request from here After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and we will arrange the return pickup at the earlier.

  REFUNDS

  Please allow at least 7-15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange amounts. You can use your store credit with unlimited validity. Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
